What prompted you to write the book? I wanted to share my own vulnerable path so that other people wouldn’t feel alone in theirs.
Why would people be interested in reading this book? It’s an honest account of my mental health journey, hopefully helping to give an account of one soul’s way to see there is light out of the darkness.
